Aisling London, known by most people in her life as Ash, is a creative based in New York City and Washington, D.C. From a young age, she has been drawn to visual storytelling through theatre, photography, and film. Over time, her focus has centered on filmmaking.
Her interests include telling hyper-realistic narrative stories to bring people of different communities together. Ash also wants to increase disability and dwarfism representation for the screen and stage.
Ash has experience directing and assistant directing for both theatre and film, acting in major stage roles, and working behind the scenes in producing and post-production. Her background in theatre has deeply influenced her collaborative approach to working.
She is currently pursuing a BFA in Film and Television Production at the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, where she continues to develop her skills in documentary storytelling, post-production, and sound mixing. Ash is additionally pursuing a minor in Urban and Global Education to further her passion of increasing access to the arts and arts education for young students.
